All services are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information for service setup
  • • Not misuse or tamper with the surveillance systems
  • • Ensure timely coordination for installations and support visits
  • • Not use our services for any unlawful or unethical purposes

3. WhatsApp & Digital Communication

  • • When contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive updates, alerts, and promotional content through the same channel.
  • • All chats are stored and managed securely via WhatsApp Business API.
  • • You can opt out anytime by messaging "STOP" or contacting us via email.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • • All prices will be shared transparently during service consultation.
  • • Advance payment may be required for equipment orders and large-scale installations.
  • • Invoices will be issued post-payment. GST and applicable taxes will be included.

5. Shipping & Installation

Refer to our Shipping Policy for timelines, rescheduling terms, and delivery expectations. Missed installations without prior notice may attract an additional service fee.

6. Warranty & Support

  • • Products come with a standard warranty (typically 6–12 months depending on the product).
  • • Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not physical or water damage.
  • • Post-warranty services may attract a maintenance or visit charge.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • • Orders once confirmed are subject to cancellation only within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • • Custom installations or used equipment are non-refundable.

8. Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure channels and tools to protect your personal and CCTV-related information.

9. Limitation of Liability

MBL Suraksha is not liable for:

  • • Any misuse of installed equipment
  • • Technical interruptions caused by internet failure or third-party services
  • • Damage caused due to unauthorized tampering or mishandling
